Rowlatts Mead Primary Academy proudly serves a diverse community in the East of Leicester. Rowlatts Mead diligently focuses on community cohesion by utilising and supporting the community and services, which has benefited its pupils greatly.
Learners make progress through the broad, balanced, enriched and creative curriculum which is delivered by the highly committed and skilled teaching and non-teaching staff. The curriculum continually evolves, ensuring that each learner is equipped with the essential skills they need as they develop and grow.
The school works closely with a number of secondary schools and universities to develop particular skills amongst the staff and pupils, and enhance school provisions.
Deb has worked at Rowlatts Mead Primary Academy for 14 years and has had various senior leadership roles within the school. She was the vice-principal and SENCO from 2014. Deb believes that every child should reach their full potential no matter what their starting point.
Deb has been a Challenge Partners reviewer for a number of years and is open to gaining inspiration from the schools she visits.
Her aim is for every child to leave Rowlatts Mead ready for the next stage of their education and with a life-long love of learning
