Head of School – Kibworth Mead Academy
An exciting opportunity has arisen, for a Head of School to join the team at Kibworth Mead Academy.
Kibworth Mead Academy is the most recent secondary school to join The Mead Educational Trust (TMET); a growing partnership of primary and secondary schools situated across Leicester.
The type of leader we are looking to appoint into this newly created role will need a unique blend of skills. You will obviously have a strong understanding of what excellence looks like, alongside evidence of delivering exceptional outcomes for students – but you will also need to be an innovative and confident leader, capable of taking the solid foundations Kibworth is built on and inspiring colleagues to reach for higher and greater gains.
Working with and supported by Kibworth Mead’s Principal, Emma Merry, you will lead an experienced team forward, promoting staff wellbeing and development as we collectively strive for further excellence. It really is a role like no other.
